DRKFIT Athletics – Return & Refund Policy

At DRKFIT Athletics, every product is made to order through our fulfillment partners. Because of this, we keep our return policy tight—but we always take care of our customers if something isn’t right.

Made-to-Order Products

All DRKFIT gear is printed and fulfilled on demand through our manufacturing partners. This means:

  • Each item is made specifically for your order

  • We do not hold inventory

  • Returns for sizing or change of mind are limited

Please double-check sizing before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

However, we will replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If there’s an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number + clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

No hassle—we’ve got you covered.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase

  • After that, the order is likely already in production and cannot be changed

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered

Sizing Responsibility

We provide detailed sizing charts for all products.
By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the sizing information

  • DRKFIT is not responsible for size-related issues
